Enerji\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.elektrikport.com\/teknik-kutuphane\/e-atik\/4446#ad-image-0\"><strong>at\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0de\u011ferlendirilmesi, enerji verimlili\u011finin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve mevcut enerji kay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi yoluyla t\u00fcketilen enerji miktar\u0131n\u0131n ekonomik kalk\u0131nmay\u0131 ve sosyal refah\u0131 engellemeden,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.elektrikport.com\/universite\/kalite-muhendisligi-neyi-ifade-eder\/8401#ad-image-0\"><strong>kalite<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0ve performans\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmeden en aza indirilmesini ilke edinmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enerji Y\u00f6neticisi Nedir?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Enerji y\u00f6neticisi, end\u00fcstriyel i\u015fletmelerde ve binalarda enerji y\u00f6netimi ile ilgili faaliyetleri yerine getirmekle sorumlu ve enerji y\u00f6neticisi veya e\u011fitim-et\u00fct-proje sertifikas\u0131na sahip ki\u015fiyi tan\u0131mlamaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\n<strong>Enerji Y\u00f6netimi Zorunlu Mudur?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>2 May\u0131s 2007 tarih ve 26510 say\u0131l\u0131 Resmi Gazete\u2018de yay\u0131mlanarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren 5627 say\u0131l\u0131 Enerji Verimlili\u011fi\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.elektrikport.com\/sektor-rehberi\/elektrik-piyasasi-kanunu-yururluge-girdi\/8226#ad-image-0\"><strong>Kanunu<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0ve 25 Ekim 2008 tarih ve 27035 say\u0131l\u0131 Enerji Kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n ve Enerjinin Kullan\u0131m\u0131nda Verimlili\u011fin Art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na Dair Y\u00f6netmelik gere\u011fince baz\u0131 kurulu\u015flar i\u00e7in enerji y\u00f6neticisi g\u00f6revlendirilmesi zorunlu h\u00e2le gelmi\u015ftir. Kurum, Kurulu\u015f ve \u0130\u015fletmeler;<br \/>\n<strong>Sanayi Tesislerinde;<\/strong><br \/>\n\u25ba\u00a0Y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji t\u00fcketimi 1.000 Ton E\u015fde\u011fer Petrol (TEP) ve \u00fczeri olan i\u015fletmelerde, enerji y\u00f6neticisi atamak,<\/p>\n<p>\u25ba\u00a050.000 TEP ve \u00fczeri olan i\u015fletmelerde, enerji y\u00f6neticisinin sorumlulu\u011funda enerji y\u00f6netim birimi olu\u015fturmak,<br \/>\n<strong>Konut D\u0131\u015f\u0131 Binalarda;<\/strong><br \/>\n\u25ba\u00a0Toplam in\u015faat alan\u0131 en az 20.000 m2 veya y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji t\u00fcketimi 500 TEP olan ticari binalarda enerji y\u00f6neticisi atamak,<\/p>\n<p>\u25ba\u00a0Toplam in\u015faat alan\u0131 en az 10.000 m2 veya y\u0131ll\u0131k toplam enerji t\u00fcketimi 250 TEP ve \u00fczeri olan\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.elektrikport.com\/teknik-kutuphane\/kamu-kurumlarinda-led-kullanimi-zorunlu-hale-mi-getiriliyor!!!\/7896#ad-image-0\"><strong>kamu<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0binalar\u0131nda enerji y\u00f6neticisi atamak,<\/p>\n<p>\u25ba\u00a0Organize sanayi b\u00f6lgelerinde (OSB) bulunan ve y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji t\u00fcketimi 1.000 TEP\u2018in alt\u0131nda olan i\u015fletmelere hizmet vermek \u00fczere OSB\u2018lerde enerji y\u00f6netim birimi olu\u015fturmak,<\/p>\n<p>\u25ba\u00a0100 MW ve \u00fczerinde kurulu g\u00fcce sahip elektrik \u00fcretim\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.elektrikport.com\/teknik-kutuphane\/termik-santral-sistemleri\/8763#ad-image-0\"><strong>santralleri<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0enerji y\u00f6neticisi atamak zorundad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nas\u0131l Enerji Y\u00f6neticisi Olunur?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Enerji Y\u00f6neticisi \u00fcnvan\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilmek i\u00e7in ilgili kurumlardan bu i\u015fin e\u011fitimini g\u00f6r\u00fcp, sertifika almak gerekir. \u0130lgili mevzuat uyar\u0131nca;
